Each Coaching Hour is 50 minutes and includes 1:1 virtual coaching anywhere you have an internet connection. If you are interested in saving on sessions, you can purchase the 5 or 10 session packages for a discount. 
Coaching will be a collaborative effort to establish goals and work through the obstacles keeping you from thriving. Once purchased, you'll receive an email with scheduling options to set up your first video session.
